Oyewale Salaudeen Ajibola was born in Offa, Kwara State, into a family that values education and integrity. From a young age, his inquisitive mind and commitment to learning set him apart. Excelling in his secondary education – notably achieving top marks in the WAEC examinations – he immediately set his sights on higher learning.

His academic journey led him to Fountain University, where he not only pursued rigorous studies but also actively engaged in various extracurricular activities. He earned a well-deserved second-class upper degree and was recognized as the best graduating student in his department. His leadership skills flourished through roles such as Executive Secretary of the League of Presidents, Director of Student Welfare for the Student Representative Council (SRC), Director of Projects for the JCI Fountain University Chapter, and later as President of his Department.

Furthering his education, Salaudeen earned an M.Sc. from Kwara State University, Malete, Kwara State.

In 2021, he became the Pioneer Rector of Polytechnic Ojoku. Through his diligence and hard work, he has showcased exemplary administrative prowess and leadership, significantly contributing to the institution's growth and success. His strategic thinking and unwavering commitment to excellence have made him an invaluable asset.

Additionally, he serves as the Chief Academic Officer of Ikirun College of Health Technology in Osun State, an NBTE-accredited institution dedicated to advancing health education.
